Of COURSE you had to go and use one I didn't have (how is that even possible at this point ??). I've often thought of using Corn Bread like this, so may have to mix it up to see how the YC and CB pair up. Hollandase Cream however, I may have to leave out. I now know how excellent the BJ from WF is, so that, with the BC push is a great idea. How badly will I wreck it without the Hollandaise Cream ?
