one week steep really brings out the cream. A 30min faucet hot water bath really helps too. Very simple recipe but very tasty and smooth

I had a similar idea, last night I made a straight 12% banana cream and its pretty damn good.. I imagine your mix will be extra creamy. Will try this out and report back

yeah this is my new ADV. I tested 10% banana cream and it was amazing after a week, the candyness went away but it was lighter on the cream side, so I figured this would fill it out nicely which it did.

Very nice recipe! After 9 days steeping, it is very smooth taste of banana with a hint of cream.

Mixed this up in 11 % banana cream, 4 % bavarian and 1 % marshmallow. Let it steep for 2 weeks. So simpel and yummy.

I'm getting a very polyurethane rubber flavor from this right off the shake, with a bit of alcohol off note. Will give it a week and report back.
