I'm really quite proud of this one. You really have to mix it to see how a bunch of flavors that are generally regarded as weird come together to create something beautifully balanced.

I originally set out to make a Green Mango Chutney, but that wasn't meant to be. What I ended up with instead is more reminiscent of a Gazpacho with green mango substituted for the tomato.
