that's a first attempt to recreate a similar and pleasant aromatic tobacco flavor very common in Italy made by Azhad's elixirs without Nets.
Biscuit is just to help the virginia in giving deeper and baked notes to the tobacco that i usually taste in oriental or turkish tobacco nets ( maybe Fa cookie is good substitute)
for my palat flv virginia can be pushed up to 1%
