A rhubarb n' custard with red berry notes - Not too heavy on the vanilla/egg notes, allowing the rhubarb/berry filling to come through.
If you're not familiar with Pink Panther (INW) it has tart, red-berry notes and can see this being used to bolster say a cranberry (provided you dig the rhubarb note).
Custard (INW) and Creme Brulee (YC) (INW) form the custard base.
Classic Belgian Waffle (MOL) is in here for some bakery texture.
The Most Sweet Cream (MOL) and Thick Vanilla Ice Cream (MOL) for the creams with the latter adding a thick mouth-feel and vanilla.
Rhubarb YC (INW) pulls out the rhubarb notes in Pink Panther (INW).
Side notes: In previous versions I used Yes, we cheesecake (INW) and while this brought a nice fluffy texture the cheesy notes were a bit off putting.
Always learning from the generosity of mixers, sharing their ideas and knowledge in the DIY community and for this I am grateful 😊
