I made this recipe to try out a flavour that I bought only because it was on sale (WF - Pixie Stick) and thought Inawera Raspberry Concentrate would go well with it. Little did I know I was belting out a near perfect clone of the famous Aussie juice, Fanboy. Its missing something very slightly though - that full mouthed feel at the back of the tongue - the feel you get at the back of the mouth when first chewing a fresh bubble gum. Most commercial juices have a sweetener, so may be a small percent of sweet cream (or may be candy floss will) will do the trick - but I haven't tried that. Even without that, this is darn close to Fanboy. Mo, am I close ?
Edit 13/4 : The notes above were based on SNV. On a 3 day steep it is developing a more fuller taste. I have made another batch today and added some super sweet - see how I go. The INW Raspberry concentrate I used was this : https://imgur.com/a/kXGxGc5
Edit 27/4 : I made another batch and added 10% Super sweet. SNV was nice. However. after steeping for a week, I find the flavours over all have waned. I don't know how thats possible.
Since the creator of the recipe doesn't think this is a clone, but I feel this is very very close, I am going to rename this to a shallow clone (programming reference)
For now, I will stop after adding a bit of LA colourless Raspberry and see how I go. Shall get to it some time soon.
@ziggy, I have chosen the correct flavour around this time - its the Inawera Raspberry Concentrate. Have you tasted fanboy ? I was thinking I am slightly short on the raspberry it definitely isn't too strong. Fanboy is slightly more stronger, even though by a tick. I hadn't steeped it when I made the recipe public - I was just too excited to have made a clone and tell everyone about it.
@TorturedZen - I have updated the flavour name to what I exactly used. It isn't Raspberry Malina. I have added a photo of the flavour too. I see the concentrate might have been known as koncentrate too.

10% Super Sweet!!! How on earth you put it in that much? You don't taste anything but sickly sweet after that, that's for sure...
10% supersweet does seem really high, I might be wrong but I believe most commercial juices are closer to 2-3% supersweet. Maybe try around that region, I havent had Fanboy though so have no reference point.
