I made this recipe based on Phil’s taste and for him to try his hand at DIY live on the smokers show. It’s meant to be an MTL style vaping recipe. Full flavored and simple.

You can sub the FLV pineapple with INW pineapple it’s just as good and easier cheaper to sources

I want to mix this 5% flavorah ? Is this correct

Yep 5% 😂 but that is for MTL so for subohm maybe cut the recipe down by 25%. I wouldn’t cut it in 1/2 because I’m afraid that might be too light but if you knock the total Flavor % by 1/4 it should be perfect. Try it a total % of 10% or 10.5%
