After single flavor testing FLV Brulee and noticing it's mostly the brown burnt sugar with very little custard or creamy notes ( They are there just light) the first thing that came to mind was using Fresh03's quick custard. His base made up for the custardy notes that where lacking for me. He also has a quick eggy custard base that would work well with this to. Think I will turn the Brulee down a quarter of a percent nest time and see how this changes the recipe.
