FLV - Brulee this recipe is built around this flavor. To me this is mostly the burnt top of Crème brûlée, this is a awesome flavor bu to me it lacks a lot of the creamy custardy part.

INW Custard - this is a very fast steeping custard with some light vanilla notes and a little egg I used this to cut the butter down in Custard Premium, to me by its self it's a bit heavy on the butter.

FA - Custard Premium this a a awesome buttery heavy custard with light vanilla notes this also seems to me to steep fairly fast, three days and for me it's good to go. I added this to help fill out the missing part of the Crème brûlée, the heavy Custard mouth feel.

FW - Yellow Cake I add this to 90% of my custards i love the cakey note I get from it, as well as it adds a nice thick mouth feel.

After about three days this turned out exceptionally well. Nice heavy custard with a burnt caramel topping.

FLV- Vanilla Bean I feel like this would be good for a bit of a authentic vanilla note. To me the vanilla bean is a very light authentic vanilla unlike most others that taste like imitation vanilla.
