Reminds me of castleong but Wow that bourbon is strong. If u cut everything in half except coconut, make that2%, and add Vanillin, Brown sugar and AP, you'll have castle long

8% Bourbon too high, something is missing..maybe 1% Brown sugar, 3% bourbon, and 45 days steeping...maybe...

Wow I haven’t had cotto’s in forever but I just recently bought some bourbons to experiment to try to remake it , this is a huge help to get started , gonna try to see how it is to the original as is
