My version of a good vanilla bean ice cream. Plain nakid with hints of aged bourbon. The bourbon is so far in the background that as it steeps it mingles with the bean, giving help to a full delish ice cream.
You can tinker with the amounts, you can add any fruits chocolates or caramel/butterscotch combos.
This also makes for a super good stone, to use for anything that needs good ice cream!

You're killin' me here with this deadly vanilla potion. I always thought that I tasted liquor in high quality vanilla ice cream and wasn't sure where it came from. I thought maybe alcohol from vanilla extract. Whatever, I loved it and here you've added a smidgeon of bourbon. I believe I'm only short 2 flavors here but this is a must try for me. It just looks "so right"! Thanks for sharing another recipe, Smoky
lmao Muth!!! I just saw this.. you are more than welcome and I really hope you like this one. I have been using it more as a stone, but as a solo, it is really delish! I think you should try my sugar cookie! Krista made a key lime version out of it.. will see if she made it public tomorrow.. ;)
