using the most simple approach to a commercial recipe, this version uses all one company chemnovatic, which are the concentrates in the original and has minimal flavors which is true of most commercial juice,,most commercial recipes are over thinked or their getting wholesale flavors like chemnovatic which until now was just sold to companies, I hope you enjoy comments welcomed thanks,, I have now done a version with 5% lemon cream wafer and 5% chemnovatic lemon with .75% chemnovatic cookie .50% of AP and I up the sweetener to 1% super sweet I think this will be closer we’ll see it’s the percentage game lol mix on!
just mixed this up this is 95% the same as dinner ladies commercial juice mixe it check it out if you want the original here it is ..i vape dinner lady lemon tart for the last 3 years as one of my ADV's so this is too cool
I'm excited to try this one. I've got everything except the Chemnovatic Cookie. Do you think I could sub the Flavorart Cookie for the Chemnovatic Cookie?
i did use FA cookie in one of my versions getting here it was good but grab the CNV cookie from Bull City flavors but if yoU use the FA cookie lower it to .75% to 1% for the recipe but i was just guessing bout the CNV cookie and it turned out identical i was shocked, Ive mixed all the dinner lady clones and the lemons were never right now we know why, but get that cookie its kinda soft baked, has 'great' texture but until you get it try the fa see what you think the lemons are the MOST important part of the recipe the 2 CNV lemons and the Acetyl pyrazine are prob what ide try till u get the cookie,,,, thanks for checking my recipe out and for the comments thanks
next time i mix 15mls of it im gonna try 4% chemnovatic lemon it needs a little more and you can push these chemnovatic flavors to 5% no prob,,, ill report back
Thanks for the tips. I mixed it last week, using the FA Cookie, but I forgot to reduce it to .75 - 1%. Nevertheless, this is excellent!!! I will buy the Chem Cookie, but I just got a big order this week so it may not be right away. This is really good, and, I agree, it is very close to the original! I am amazed! Do you think the Chem Cookie provides more of the meringue taste?
I think I'll try upping the Chem Lemon to 4% too next time. I love my lemon!
Hey diynightmare, thanks for your clone recipe! It is really close already but still lacks some lemon and creaminess. I’ll try to tweak it, good stuff already!
Thank you so much for the recipe @Diy nightmare. I think I've tried to mix all available DIY Lemon Tart recipes and this one is by far the closest! Left out Acetyl and subbed cookie and lemon and is already so close to the actual Dinner Lady flavour. Just ordered all ingredients I was missing and am looking forward to trying your recipe as intended. MASSIVE thanks : )
After mixing it with some subs, I wanted to see how it will be with all the original ingredients, so I ordered CHEM lemon & cookie and mixed it with only slightly increasing lemon to 3.5%. I also bought DL original One Shot. I have to say that I don't taste any difference between Your recipe and the original Dinner Lady. Great job! Many thanks.
This is unreal. Unlike ANY other clone/remix attempt on Dinner Lady's Lemon Tart, this one actually smells right and tastes really close off the shake. Also this has much fewer ingredients than the really highly rated ones like Dazcole's. Dinner Lady will never get my money again! Thanks for posting this!
Just one suggestion, DLLT says "The unmistakable taste of lemon pie. A rich pastry crust filled with a zesty lemon curd, covered in a sweet and creamy meringue." The ONLY thing your mix is missing is a bit of Meringue. 5 stars anyway!
You guys know Chemnovatic is just rebranded FlavourArt right?
Also someone said there is lime in it, like FA distilled they mentioned. Hope this helps!
Sorry Red but this isnt true. Chemnovatic and Sobucky make Molinberry flavors and as far as i am aware they have no ties to FA. Both Chemnovatic and SSA are out of Poland.
There are a few FA rebottlers/rebrands but these folks arent one of them.
