I finally have MF lemon otw but I can’t find the lemon cream wafer. Is there anywhere in the US that sells it?

Hey Craigg, looks like the LCW is no longer available in the states that I could find and Chefs has been OOS for awhile..
Here’s a statement from BCF last December:
“Unfortunately, the Chemnovatic Lemon Cream Wafer from Chemnovatic has been discontinued due to them being unable to provide us with a GRAS statement regarding the ingredients for that flavor. A replacement is in the works and we are hoping to have it in stock in the first part of the year. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused…”
I haven’t tested the Lemon Wafer, Cream Type (SSA) in this recipe yet, I will work on this soon and get back to you.
I’ll check my stock of LCW when I get home, may be able to send some out to you 👌

Oh my goodness, this is an amazing creamy lemon with just the right amount of bakery. I just cracked the bottle open. It steeped for 10 days. Thank you for sharing your delicious recipes with us Rocky!
