Northern lights is a strawberry banana custard

VTA creamy custard boosts that banana note, WF vanilla custard is a steep friendly rich custard along the same lines as cap V1 so that comes in to bolster the custard foundation, strawberry juicy is my favourite strawberry as it doesn’t fade and doesn’t need to be layered.

I made this back in March and am only just trying it now so it’s had a bloody good steep lol. As I expected coming from you this is yet another excellent recipe that I will be making more of. The way you used the strawberry in this is very clever because although I can’t actually pick it out I know it’s there doing some magic to the banana flavours by giving them a fuller rounded body. You get another five stars from me mate.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
