Working with the Absinthe profile lately and I loved the idea of pairing the green fairy with a tobacco.
My aim was to keep the absinthe sweet like if it was served with the sugar cube on the spoon,that's why we've got Sweetness paired with the Sweet and Smokey that bridges the sugar with the Kentucky blend.
The licorice it's there to fill and boost the aniseed profile, you won't notice it, but it helps in the whole mix.
I used Kentucky, but feel free to change it to a milder sweeter Virginia or a Black Cavendish.
