Updated with correct total volume (480ml, for my primary mixing container), changed from 60/40 to 70/30, reduced biscuit from reduced VBIC to 5 from 5.8, and reduced nic to 1.5.

^^ Was OK. Biscuit just right. Peppermint somewhat muted. Thinking more ≠ better, so lowering it back to the original recipe. Next itteration:
6.5 Biscuit
17.5 NYCC
17.5 Peppermint
28.0 VBIC

Adjusted percentages to roughly equal the June 4th mix. Start with this and adjust to suit your preferences.
