I did adapt this from Ken O'Where's "Strawnana Custard" recipe. From the adapted recipe I cut the Banana cream (LA) by 1% which gave me room to add in FA Banana at 1% and then I cut his (CAP) VC down from 10% to 5.5.% and added Cream Fresh (FA) @ .5%
The banana's blend perfectly with the strawberries, and the cream fresh adds that little bit extra creaminess to the candied bananas in this custard. Props to Ken for the inspiration to build upon his amazing original recipe. I highly suggest you check his out too. Its a classic
The CAP VC requires a one month steep to really shine in this recipe but I find it delicious after a couple days
