I found the right cookie and this recipe is absolutely OUTSTANDINF! Probably a touch sweet for me (I’d maybe do 2/3 of the sweetener next time) but wow, my partner and I are blown away by how good and accurate this is. Really excellent job.

I'm going to sub TIRAMISU INW for FA only because I've only just sodding brought it after years of people telling me I should have it 🙃
