The inspiration for this came from a cheesecake my sister made me for my birthday a few years ago. The cheesecake base was easy and I started out with the Cheesecake trinity, but decided to swap CAP NY for PUR, and reduced CCGC because it's too much for me in the trinity. I added LB VIC to give it more of a rich buttery taste & feel. VT Orange Marmalade and SSA Bakery Orange were the obvious choices for the orange topping & zest mixed into the cake, at first I had VT at 3% and SSA at 1.25, with FLV Cranberry at 1%, but the Cranberry was getting covered up, so I dropped VT down to 1.5 and put an equal amount for SSA, and bumped the Cranberry by .25% Now it comes thru as the top note, followed by orange with a nice rich base of cheesecake. Now I just need to try SSA Cranberry Jam instead, but I am very happy with it how it is. It's good as a C&V, but after 3-5 days it gets better.
