Probably exactly what I'd do, with exactly the same flavours, I can make it and I will. I know you don't use sweetener, but here prob a 0,5 FW Sweetener, or FLV.. might be needed, for the Ice Cream rather than the coffee! Let u know1

Done as you planned and no sugar, I don't drink coffee with sugar anyway. It's an awesome mix Rocky, well done! Off the shake, it's a lovely Caffelatte with an hint of coffee liqueur, you can really feel the taste, I love it, after steeping (I GCd it after a day) the Coffee liqueur takes the scenes a bit and I found it strange, coz that's the percentage I mix it at as well, so I tried it in another mix (the coffee biscuit) , GCd it, and it did the same, at the end the CL took over,, or rather, it comes out strong. I never noticed that probably because when I used it with coffee I expected it and wanted it, feeling the strong caffelatte taste I found out I want more!! So to whoever wants to do this mix, if you want coffee liqueur on your ice cream keep it, if you want more of a Caffelatte taste, swap it with VTA Coffee milk froth or SSA Cappuccino Cream. The flavour balance is perfect and it definitely hits the mark and intention, I just found out a variation, but don't mind me, always side-tracking and when I taste something I'm the one... what if.. So, do it as Rocky planned it's a lovely liquid! Thank you Rocky!
