Not too Shabby - Really nice bold strawberry flavor, nice cream body, a little sweet.

May lower WF Bav cream to 1.5, omit EM and try Cap vanilla cupcake/cake batter/or FW Yellow cake instead of MB Classic Sponge. Will steep and see where we land on the fried dough component I'm striving for with the Zepp and Cereal 27 combo. Picking up a nice powdered sugar note from Zeppola.

May make changes to strawberry to be less complex- first thought is to simply use INW Shisha Strawberry, butter cream and Bav cream alone and focus on the the doughnut.
