I really like this one. I was using French Vanilla Cap but this one seems richer to me and so it took it's place.

@yacbos typically a "french" vanilla refers to ice cream, it is different from "regular" vanilla ice cream in that when "home made" not mass produced, the ice cream base has egg yolks, where as regular vanilla ice cream does not its usually just a cream base. It typically has more of a "custard" base. Thicker, denser, more mouth feel, and usually yellow in color not white like regular vanilla. Now mass produced ice creams typically just add food coloring and an additional vanilla flavoring. You have to check the ingredients to see if there's eggs in it or not. French vanilla is in between vanilla ice cream and frozen vanilla custard. If you like the smoother & fuller mouth feel, & the richness frozen custards the way to go imho. Anyway hope that helped. Stay well and keep safe.
Hey Michelle hope you and yours r well!?
