DIY TOC'S Wedding Cake ejuice recipe

Hi Michelle! I have a question. I usually use large capacity eliquid tanks, Steam Crave’s, 14-26 mls. Would this be enough flavor for a tall tank like that or could I up the percentages? I’ve heard some people say they like higher percentages of flavor for their big tanks. I’m always confused about that.

I have all the flavorings except the Sweet Cream (VTA). I have Sweet Cream (CAP) and Sweet Cream (TFA). Would one of these work to sub for the Sweet Cream (VTA)??

Chain... honestly that sweet cream is more like a frosting so probably not :(
