Just got the missing ingredients, for making 30ml batches, this smallest bottles will last you quite a bit. Just off of a shake-and-vape, I was really surprised because of the dessert-ish flavors buts its a direct flavor of frosted flakes, something I've been looking for after a long time.
Instant ADV, thanks man.
Just tried it out.. I get the flakes but way too much sucralose for my taste, it's the main taste here. Next batch I'll probably try 0.5 super sweet or less. Thanks for the recipe ;-)
This shlt is legit. Props to you man. I subbed caps marshmallow, and tfa sweetner. Steeped for 8 hours and its a light sweet frosted flakes flavor. ADV
I dropped the sweetener down to 1 drop/10ml and uses OOO's sweetener.
I just want you to know that i went into this mix thinking that there is no flippin way but shroomy wouldnt steer us wrong. With that in mind i only made 20ml but i will be making more. This is as good as using Speckled Flakes (OOO) if not better.
hey guys I am new here.. I came across this site by trying to find a recipe for aisle 7 flaked... Is this close?? Im new to DIY but I am determined to learn this due to spending way to much money on aisle 7 lol.. Thanks
Ive never had it, but this recipe is delicious. This is a high vg recipe, i think the one you are talking about is alot thinner. This is a must make for dripping imo
This stuff is really good. I've never tried CAP Super Sweet or FA Marshmallow so I don't know how the original recipe tastes but with TPA sweetener and Marshmallow at the same %s it's a touch too sweet for me. I'm going to dial each back from 1% to .75% and go from there. Still, I vaped the 15 ml tester I made in an evening and totally loved it.
ty for answering after i wrote that i smh bc truthfully its already on point great job ty for the recipe my uwell crown has stayed full with it since i made this recipe
@shroomalistic ive been making this recipe for a month now its been a great vape , but my last two batches dont taste the same , what flavor gives this the strong flake taste bc thats whats missing now , im thinking one of my flavors went bad possibly the AP what do you think , id rather not order all the flavors to figure it out bc i just got my new order of these flavors all 60ml
OMG this stuff is amazing! Ive never found a recipe that actually is a shake & vape but this really is! Mixed last night and nearly finished my tester with my morning coffee... amazing stuff. Well done and thanks for sharing!
My new favourite! I like the low % on flavourings too, you wouldnt know it, plenty of flavour and it tastes lovely! An underrated gem here, Im gonna be checking out your other recipes quicksharp. Thankyou soo much for sharing x
Is cream fresh (fa) the same product as fresh cream (fa)? Because I can only find the latter. If so I'm finding this very very sweet after s&v. But it's good enough to double batch and combine the second half w no sweetener. Also I'm trying to clone aisle 7 flaked, this may be a good starting point. I'm going to add cereal 27 in varying amounts and report back here when done. Thank you shroomy
I'm also doing a batch with frosted cereal(nwf) 5% in an attempt to nail down the elusive aisle 7, which so far, nobody has been able to do to my knowledge. I'm on steep day 6 and the corn note is still developing and its a much better flavor and Vape than last week. Double kanthal .4 ohm in mad hatter @ 70w. I keep hitting it so it must be Damn good, it just isn't aisle 7.
After mixing I was skeptical as the hazelnut smell was very potent. I let it sit for a few days and smell was still strong so I gave it a Vape anyhoo. Very good, found it to be more of a corn flakes than frosted flakes as it's not very sweet. I think I'll try this with a touch less hazelnut I think is called for, I'm also gonna add a touch of cereal 27 which I find to have a hint of corn flake to it.
From there I might add some sweetness in some form but not really sure what.
Not dissing this recipe as I'm very satisfied but everyone has a different palette and I think I can make this one 100% suite mine.
I agree trav, it's amazing that he got this profile from that combination of ingredients so you got to give a lot of credit to shroomy. But I need to take it somewhere , I just don't know where
Really impressed wit this recipe. Shake and vaped right into a bowl of Frosted Flakes. This one is damn reminiscent of frosted flakes and ultra delicious.
Initially a little nutty, like frosted flakes with some puffed browned rice mixed in. Sort of like Special K's, with added sugar. After 3 days: bang, it's goddamn Frosties. Sweet and tasty.
Very nice and original recipe!!! Thanks for the share.
Tried 20mil batch and made 100ml right away. Took down a bit the sweet part and upped slightly the bready/flakes one for my taste.
Spot on frosted flakes!
AP is overkill on this. Even at 0.75 it sits on the chest and stings. I've seen other Experiment One type recipes attempting AP at 1%. All overkill. You chaps vaping on Nautilus Mini's. Good recipe, but AP needs to go way down. Trying next version at 0.4
Nice one shroomy, a good tasting frosted flake. Im gonna fiddle with this now to add that milky, sugary goodness and then thats me sorted with breakfast!
Hi from Australia ! - Thanks Shroomy, been chasing something along the lines of Tally-Ho Vape Tonics - FROSTED and MAN ! you got it ! Steeped a 120ml batch for 6 days and its amazing! I think 1ml of some sorta corn flavouring would just make this pop even more, but im absolutely loving it ! Thanks !!!!!
Dude. Tooooo much fw cake, i halved the % and added .5% tfa rice crunchies,1%tfa milk, i get more of a frosted flake cereal than I do a cake..maybe my ap went spoiled my mix..smells a bit like amonia
Have you tried messing around with Cereal 27 by Capella's, Shroomy? I heard it's kind of like more of a corn flake cereal, I thought about adding it in it, maybe lowering the AP just a bit in place of it
Thanks for all the props guys, this is still one of my favorites. Even steeped for a year its still good. I made a huge bottle so it lasted me an entire year. Just dusted it. When I get board with it, I'll put a few drops of fruity flakes in my pocket bottle. Makes for a great fruity pebbles too.
This is a great receipt... I love it, but next time i have to thin this out, because i vape 80% of the time on a RTA. I will bring down the Super Sweet also, because that stuff is almost insta killing my coils.
Mixed up 100ml of this on 21/3 and kinda forgot about it. Just re wicked a limitless and this is really tasty at 80-90w on dual claptons at .23ohm. A bit sweeter than is was expecting but a really pleasent vape.
I think I might halve the super sweet on the next mix.
Thanks for sharing. I've started following you and I think I'll be knocking up a few more of your recipes.
Im going to give this a shot... But...Im going to lose the sweetener. I have no clue what everyone's obsession with sweetner is these days.. Its the best way to ruin a good mix... Or a great way to hide a terrible one.. Keep ya posted...Im going to give it 2 weeks steep time
There are other ways to make a sweet frosted flake without covering the whole recipe in sweetener.. Keep on using it.. Ill keep selling sweetner free juice. Its actually a great selling feature.
Amazing, made exactly as listed. Gonna try to replace the super sweet with erythritol cause sucralose seems to be trashing my smok coils and I'm too lazy to build. Or maybe up the meringue a tad instead.
Also gonna try with some FA cocoa. Great recipe to play with. Thanks!
Honestly did not think this would taste like Frosted Flakes. Smelled nothing like it right off the bat. Then I dripped it and all I can say is WOW. Spot on, thanks for the recipe brotha!
This is good stuff. I made it tonight. Made 30ml and will be out in the morning. I've done Mother's Milk clone for about 2 years and this is a good ADV to change to. Thanks.
This was good. Nailed the profile bro. Super sweet really helps give that sugar effect on the tongue. Amazing how you got this to taste like frosted flakes using those flavours. Well done!
I mixed this up in 70/30 vg/pg with 3mg nic and in my pulse 22, this is like vaping knifes! I usually love bakery kind vapes because they are smooth. But this one ISNT... Too bad. Maybe i have to MAX VG to get this to work for me, but i dont like the flavor from MAX VG
mixed at 80/20 4mg nic and very good, love this flavor, smooth, and no problem with too much throat hit like I get with some fruity mixes. I have many flavors going at once and this is one of my favorites.
Despite the seemingly low concentration of flavor and propylene glycol, the taste is really very bright. I am pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the great recipe.
HOLY MOLY! WOW IS THIS AWESOME! I see why there are so many comments and this is one of the top recipes. It's so tasty. I only make small batches and after 2 weeks steeping I finally tasted it WOW! I am making another 2 batches so I will have a nice stock of it. Thanks
I was looking for a recipe that was close to Tally Ho Vapor's Frosted and had high hopes. Although this isn't quite Frosted, it's still pretty good. The only issue I have with it is I get a lot of sweet and marshmallow. Trying to decide what to do. Lower the marshmallow or lower the sweetener or both. Maybe even remove one altogether. Was hoping to get some thoughts from you guys to see what you think would help. I'm getting more of a lucky charms ish vape because of the marshmallow flavor being so prominent. I did shake and vape so maybe just some steeping will fix it. Thoughts?
Is there anything I can sub for meringue? I dont have it & dont wanna wait till the next time I order... Never tried a meringue either so literally no clue what to attempt & sub it with? Or could I possibly leave it out & still get close...or is it a game changer? Thx
So I ordered the meringue I was missing & subbed the FW hazelnut for cap hazelnut & it just didnt work...was still good but wasnt that frosted flakes taste. So next batch I subbed the FW hazelnut for tfa dx hazelnut & it really is spot on! First recipe I've tried thats this close of an exact match to what they say it is! Would have bought FW Hazelnut but I knew I'd never use it (as my other 2 mostly just sit) but now I will def be using them & next time I'll get the FW! Both times I also subbed the FA marshmallow for tfa toasted marshmallow. Cant believe how exact it is! Kudos Shroomy!
Absolutely fantastic! Thanks Shroomy! I got through 90 ml of this, usually wait a couple of days before vaping. It is the best recipe I tried from here. Well done!
I'm in love!! I was nervous about making it as I was only missing flavor art's marshmallow; but I gave it a shot using flavor west's toasted marshmallow and I'm so glad I did! This recipe is pure genius. Thank you!!!
OMG, OMG, OMG, This is soooooo good, thank you very much for posting this recipe. Been vaping now for about 6 years, i have tried it all, but this juice rocks.
This is definitely an eerily-accurate recipe considering the ingredients. But I think it gets even more spot-on if you reduce the AP to 0.5%, add 1% of CAP Cereal 27, and replace the sweetener with 0.75% TPA Whipped Cream.
I didn’t expect much from this because I never craved or thought that Frosted Flakes would be a good vape..for me personally. Well, this has become my adv for over 3 months now. I’m a fruit and cream or bakery/dessert type of vaper and this stuff makes an awesome palate cleanser from the typical fruits and/or creams. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t dry like I expected it be. It’s got a nice creamy, nutty kind of flavor that reminds me a bit of M.B.Y.C by Sicboy (a light pecan praline ice cream). Obviously the two are very different flavors but they both share this nutty creamy characteristic that I’ve become a big fan of...enough that it’s primarily what I crave as an adv now and the fruits have taken the place of palate cleansers. Anyways, I love being surprised by something I don’t have high hopes for and this recipe really blew my hair back. Thanks a lot!
Very skillfully done @Shroomalistic. Loved Tony's Revenge, and stumbled across this, and beyond the AP, I was curious to see how it fared, even though it didn't scream FF on paper. After a brief 5 day steep, was surprised how much it DID taste like FF. Might try dabbling a little Cereal 27 as others have mentioned above, just to see what it DOES do, if anything. As it stands, a very good FF recipe. 5/5.
However, I made a batch, mixed it with a milk frother and steeped with low heat. I did this because so many people claimed steeping made it taste better. Needless to say it tasted like garbage!
Just made another batch how I previously made it. (No milk frother and no heat) Tastes amazing again.
Just thought I'd put that out there incase anyone else was having this issue. Also to see if someone could explain to me why this happens?
This is my wife’s ADV for well over a year. Spot on flavor. Two day steep. Falcon with M1 coil @64 watts. Did lower the SS to 0.75% for her taste and mixed at 65/35. . Thank you for posting such an awesome recipe. 5 star!
Well in my 4 years of vaping i get burned out of juices super quick. My favorites are no longer my favorites. But this recipe i can't get enough of. 14 months straight i make a 60ml bottle every week. This is the best recipe hands down and its amazing that its such a great flavor at such a low % of flavoring compared to other recipes. BRAVO!
After 8 hours the taste was amazing. However, 3 days later it kinda got really flat and tasteless. I thought something was wrong with my coils. I tried it in another dripper, still the same. Any ideas on what might have gone wrong?
Ok, this is ridiculous. Total ADV for me. I've mixed and vaped about 120 ml of this in under a week. I've tried the original recipe, which I adored (keep in mind I'm not steeping much, pretty much just 2 day steep and a warm bath, so might be different for you guys with mad patience) and the taste was fantastic, but I started getting this odd 'sour milk' taste in my mouth, not so much while I was vaping but well afterward. Strange. And since eu du sour milk breath is much less charming for an adult than a kidlet, I figured I'd try some of the other tweaks mentioned to see if any of those resolved it. Justin L. Frank's suggestion with 1% Cereal 27, and .75% TPA Whipped Cream instead of sweetener, and reducing the AP to .5% seems to have fixed whatever it was, and still tastes great. I've officially fallen in lurve with this juice! Thanks so much, Shroomy & Justin!
Awesome recipe, thanks, really spot on, the frosted flakes is not intense which is probably what makes it so good, i get a flake hint on exhale and love it. Nice full creamy and sweet vape
I subbed FA Marshmallow for TFA Marshmallow
I added 1% OOO Cream Milky Undertone, and boom i am loving it even more. Note: as SNV, will let it steep and test over time.
I was super skeptical of this recipe for ages, mulling over it, thinking "look at those percentages this guy's talking shit!" - especially since my own Frosted Flakes recipe that I'd been rinsing for a good while was like 20% total flavour.
I finally mixed it up after settling on an appropriately mildly-tweaked adaptation accounting for flavours I could substitute for those within my own inventory after scouring the comments list two or three times. Just 28mls at first - the total capacity of my Titan RDTA - as a tester. For instance:
Yellow Cake for 0.5% FW Cake Batter Dip + 1.5% CAP Sugar Cookie
Dropping the AP to 0.5%
Adding 1% CAP Cereal 27, 1% TPA Kettle Corn, and 0.5% TPA Rice Crunchies as per others' suggestions. This is what makes all the difference IMO.
And dropping the sucralose altogether, obviously.
Following a rewick oh my shitting pants this is delish to the next level. Literally shake & vape. I'm about to mix up some more, for sure!
Oh and this is definitely a more RDA-type recipe. I've got two beefy aliens in my Titan RDTA (0.25 at 110W). Mixed at max VG. As opposed to all my previous 30/70 (and >15% flavour) flavours I'd tried on this build which I hadn't properly accommodated for; whilst they may have tasted good at first, flavour muting was definitely an issue with this build.
Vienna cream fa is what I used instead of cream fresh. I used cap marshmallow also. Left the percentage the same. Tastes like frosted flakes to me FlavorChase.
At 9% flavor, one could add some cut up strawberries, bananas maybe blueberrys to their flakes!
Cheers to Shroomy.
Best frosted flakes recipe I have tried. It's incredibly accurate to its profile and amazing right off the shake. I do find however that it doesn't age very well due to the high amount of ap and ss. But 5 stars none the less. Well done!
Mixed this last weekend and have been tasting it daily. After four days, I am taken back to my childhood, drinking the sugary milk from the bottom of the bowl with the last few soggy flakes. 5 stars for the flashback.
I have to admit, I’m not a big fan of AP and Hazelnuts, they just don’t suit me. Since I have both flavors on the shelf, I am constantly experimenting to consume them. This recipe surprised me, it has some weird, interesting taste to me. It is very creamy, full of mouth flavor. I’m not sure what grade I would give, but definitely a good recipe. I will definitely mix it in larger quantities for daily rotation. This recipe can certainly be AD Vape as well. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
Can't wait to make this. I tried another frosted flakes recipe, but it called for Cereal 27 (I think that was the number) and for some reason that cereal flavor tastes like stagnant water to me. So happy to see that it's not part of this recipe.
This is hands down one of my favorite recipes to mix ever. I made a bottle for my daughter and it’s all she asks for now. Time to buy larger bottles and make bigger batches. This recipe is amazing.
man this is some good shit. I had to sub the yellow cake with vanilla at the came % cause I don't have yellow cake. still pretty damn good tho. makes me think of the knockoff brand at Walmart lol
This is the first recipe I’ve ever made. Made it today. Holy crap it’s good as a shake and vape! Can’t wait for it to steep a few days. I went with 3/4 of the Super Sweet as some had mentioned it was a bit too sweet for their taste and I can see where they’re coming from. Next batch I’ll halve or even quarter the SS. I’m loving the toasty and nutty flavor from this. Awesome job Shroom. I’m glad I made this my first mix ever as I just discovered how easy and simple it is to make liquids at a fraction of the cost. Burning on a Falcon tank with M1 coils at 65w
Hi community,
I left aside this recipe for the same reason @drVaper mentioned: cant stand the Hazelnut nor the a.p. But will give it a try since all the flavors in my stash.
One thing though, nobody mentioned the Yellow cake being one of the most dangerous flavors? Cancerous? I would pay attention to this and think how much of it to be used...
@MTL sLOVEnia Yes, I really don’t like AP and Hazelnut, but in this recipe somehow everything came together, so it’s totally ok with me. Just one suggestion, this recipe is really a coil killer, maybe to try without super sweet.
@drVaper, ok thanks, will see how it works for me but in the 1st place I am going to decrease the a.p. and Hazelnut. The ss should not efeect too much my diy coil in a dripper but thanks anyway.
@MTL sLOVEnia I think you should make an original recipe first, because it’s really good. Try a small amount of 10-20ml. If you don't like it then, only then make a change. I think that's the only right way.
Okay Shroomalistic how did you do this? I read the flavors and thought there's no way this is going to taste like Frosted Flakes. I mixed up 50 mls and though I don't like to S&V, this is spot on one of my favorite breakfast cereals! You are an alchemist with skills beyond the normal, average mixicologist.
My favorite commercial eliquid is Notth Shore Vapors Icing on the Flake. With this upcoming mail ban and the expensive cost of Icing on the Flake I decided to try this recipe. This recipe is spot on even with using it with no steep time. I feel like I just made a bottle of my favorite 30.00 eliquid for a few dollars. This is truly delicious!!
in an honest (opinionated) review: it's okay; lacking the milky cereal component of what I was expecting from the title - it's more dry, nutty corn flakes with sucralose topping - with that said, it's a fantastic base to adapt to your taste. I will be playing with this for a while. Thank you Shroomy
Wow, tbh i have never had frosted flakes and i dont use commercial juices or tried very many either strictly diy for me from 2 months into vaping, but this is a great vape sort of cornflakes meets popcorn, i did sub meringue fa for meringue tpa at 2.50% and yellow cake fw for yellow cake v1 cap at 2.50 i hope it didn't change the flavour to much but this now going in the rotation 👍
Idk if it's the juice or my tank, but this way a weird flavor. The first couple hits, there was no flavor. I thought I was vaping a flavorless juice, but decided to keep hitting it. I didn't think a recipe with over 100 reviews, would taste so bland. Thankfully after my 5th hit, the flavor started to develop & gets stronger each time. I like it. I don't think I've ever create a flavor with this many layers? I can taste the frosted flakes first, followed by the sugar/frosting, then the milk & then a taste of the sugary milk that's left at the end of the bowl.
Thanks for sharing this! I've got 2 other recipes of yours steeping & I'm really looking forward to trying them! 5 out of 5 🌟
Do i need to change percentage of flavorings if i were to make a higher nicotine version? I was planning to make it at 15mg with 50:50 ratio. I already adapted but not sure whether to touch the existing flavor percentages.
Yes sir.
Had to use Flavorah Marshmallow Vanilla as a sub at a lower percentage because I didn't have FA Marshmallow.
Otherwise the same.
Very balanced, quite sweet, and a mouth full of flavor and fog. This is a keeper. Well done.

Subbed Sweetener (TFA) @ 1.00%
I added Frosting (FLV) 1.25% for that "Frosted" flavor. I steeped for 14 days and it came out perfect.
This is delicious. Such an accurate cereal milk flavor. I lowered the sweetener to %0.6 cap super sweet and its still nice and sweet as Frosted Flakes would be. Awesome recipe 5 stars! I'm also vaping my third batch right now straight off the mix n shake and its still delicious!
I figured I’d give this a try after being let down by Tony’s revenge, that Frosted Flakes recipe tasted like sugary Fritos, nothing but sweet corn chips.
This version is leaps and bounds better. I made a 100ml and let it sit for a day to let the hazelnut calm down a little. This flavor is fantastic. I just mixed up a 1,000ml bottle of it. Thank you so much for posting this.
Tastes like drinking the milk after dumping the bottom of the bag of Frosted Flakes in it. This is amazing.
Same here, Tony’s revenge kinda sucked if you asked me. This recipe is amazing. I was thinking of using Lemon meringue instead of regular meringue in my next batch. Frosted Lemon flakes sounds pretty damn good to me.
