Sweet, creamy, thick
I get a blast of thick vanilla cream and the top blends the 2 strawberries and mandarin well. I almost think a plain cream like Hangsen or even whipped cream SSA would have worked better better Simply because the vanilla is distracting from the fruits. Personally I’d charge that 3% BC to 1.5% SSA whipped cream OR 1.25% fresh cream SSA. The strawberry is a little more on the front and the orange takes a back seat. There’s a good bit of vanilla here, and I’d like to taste the fruit a bit more. Definitely very delicious and taste is subjective. I think I’ll try this mix with ssa whipped which only has a slight vanilla hint with a nice cream element! Bravo on this!
