ADV material for me; this is my type of recipe. Light, creamy, buttery and definitely not heavy or greasy. Slightest kiss of the lemon cookie. I am a new lover of SSA Clotted Cream after trying and steeping this recipe. Great job !!

Lynda - I tried to like SSA SB but it falls into that "donut" category for me, I always taste soap, so it's not for me. Anyway, I tried your recipe with Nomz Biscuit shortbread and SSA Lemon pound cake and It's friggn incredible. This mix is on my regular rotation, So thanks for sharing this one.
