I had to try this recipe with the new Apricot from Wonder Flavours. Delicious! I still wanted to add a bright juicy fruit note to go with the peach, so to stay Bougie, I kept the MF Nectarine. If you want to mix and don't have this Nectarine, feel free to use TFA Nectarine at 1.5%.
The WF Apricot has really added more depth to the recipe. it really adds to the peach pie and cream, almost a darker cooked peach with a little tartness.

This is something I started working on back in July 2021, but I never nailed it down to where I was happy. Now here we are March 2022, and this is delicious. A. Peach Pistachio Yogurt Parfait. I added .5% Super Sweet Purilum.

Nothing quite like that medicine flower! I didn't have nectarine yet, but I just ordered it! The recipe looks phenomenal. I'll mix up a batch with your suggested substitute while I'm waiting for the bottle of nectarine from genuine essential oils AKA medicine flower! Thank you tons for sharing this. That's a recipe profile that I've been fighting with for years!
