A sweet sugar cream pie topped with candied pecans baked in a light pie crust
I’ve used FA Catalan cream for to add a dark-ish creaminess that makes a sugar cream pie in real life.
The cookie boosts the lack of crust in WF sugar cream pie.
The Butter pecans add a nice buttery nutty topping, making this a Pecan Sugar cream pie.
This recipe came together nicely after 5 days.
