This is a Macadamia Nut Butterscotch White Chocolate Cookie. This is named Cunning after Allan Cunningham. In 1828, he became the first European to discover the Macadamia Nut Plant, even though Macadamia nuts come from four species of trees that are indigenous to Australia. For thousands of years before European settlement, these nuts were a staple of Australian Aborigines.
A bit cunning wouldn't you say?
This is a work in progress, I am going to let it steep a week and see if I need to make changes, but currently off the shake, the white chocolate is delicious, along with the cookie, And the nuttiness is fantastic.
