Sweet tart rhubarb forward strawberry rhubarb pie, sugar pie and apple pie for the bakery and crust. Meringue and vanilla ice cream for the top strawberry gummy for body and gooey nature and glazed for the sweet sugary fresh sliced strawberry.
Nice mix fa apple pie really make a solid main bakery and crust, while sugar pie adds depth and brown sugary body. SSA Rhubarb is spot on for tartness and hyper realistic in my option, almost too real, I would consider cutting it down to .5% but with a steep I feel as though the strawberry and the em from the super sweet will round it out, we will see. Nice bright seasonal fruit mix - Happy with this one.
