Great as a SNV, better after a 1-2 week steep.

Of all my recipes, this is by far my favorite. It’s not one of those “strawberry cheesecakes” that taste like strawberries and cream. This tastes like freaking STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE. Play with the strawberry to your liking, or replace it with a different fruit altogether. I’m excited for others to try it. Please tell me what you think.

Edit: Lowered strawberry ripe and increased graham cracker clear. I will be playing with substituting some of the graham clear with CAP variant to see if I can squeeze out more depth. I am also about to mix some with key lime by TPA and lime Tahiti by FA in place of the strawberry.
