Shame I can’t get VSO in the U.K. or I’d be all over this one as it looks really good. Thanks for sharing all the same.

@JamesHolden VSO won’t ship to UK? I thought Chefs carried some. You could probably use another caramel of your choice. I happen to like these 2 together because VSO caramel isn’t full, not a lot of body, but a great caramel flavor which I fill in with caramel butter.

@Lynda Marie sadly Chef’s stopped stocking VSO and although VSO will ship to the U.K. the shipping and customs charges are through the roof so it’s out of the question really. I will try to find a suitable caramel substitute, I have quite a few to choose from. Thank you for your help.
