This is a lovely granola cookie with a creamy yogurt filling. FA Yogurt is such a lovely yogurt, and blends nicely with TFA's Vanilla Swirl to create a nice filling for this cookie. Flavorah's Granola is not really a granola in my opinion, but when mixed with a cookie it gets closer, and Molinberry's Soft Baked Cookie Base is a good match, that is a pretty base level cookie with nothing added. A bit of butter, and this is complete. A good yogurt cookie.
