A spiced apple crumb cake with an icing glaze on top.
I love the baked Apple, country Apple combo for anything cooked apple. So it was perfect to use here. For the cake layer, I went with Vso cake, along with carrot cake to add some spice, & to add a little to the bakery aspect. Topped it off with crumble topping, & caramelized sugar/cream cheese combo to see if it makes a nice icing/glaze. Should be a banger.
