RCleven, I find this to be a very interesting approach, and I cannot completely visualize how the YC, C27, and Custards will play together, but it looks very interesting.
Most of the recipe is the flour crust. The YC, C27, Butter I was hoping to bring out the whole wheat flavor and the butter to cement the crust. The hazel nut to get a somewhat baked taste. The meringue is used as the topping. As far as I'm concerned a recipe is a suggestion. Its out there to be bent to a persons taste. I hope people do.
