Yesterday my wife made a fennel orange salad, The crooked mind thought, why not make it a liquid?
The base of fennel is definitely Aniseed, but has to go low, now the orange, the responsability of the bitter part is given to the bergamot layered with FLV blood orange.
I added an apple-lime combo, sort of adding apple and a lime dressing.
Usual thinking out of the box kind of liquid.
