Everybody has ice cream at a birthday party, right?
Rich toffee ice cream, vanilla custard with a small amount of cake batter to thicken it up gets things started. Then a barely-there note of light milky chocolate on top to finish off a Heath Ice Cream Cake.
As always, sweeten to taste.
