Back in the 60's & 70's after a day of sun & sand on South Beach, one block over was Wolfie's Delicatessen. They made authentic Lime Rickies with fresh limes, cherry syrup and real seltzer water. And for another 50 cents we could float a scoop of one of their ice creams or sherbets. So cold & refreshing.

I received a free sample in an order from FJ of Cherry Limeade (One Shot) a few months back & figured this might be the right recipe to test it out.
Steering away from any vanilla, butter or eggs from an ice cream, I settled on basic sherbet qualities using heavy Whipped Cream & Cream Fresh for these 3 fruit flavors. Plus, the Marshmallow adds sweet thick soft gelatin-like fullness for a Lemon Sicily sherbet mouth feel. The Fizzy Sherbet was a natural fit here to bring a little crisp citrus seltzer vibe.
