This is the first time I have used this Jungle Flavorz Honeydew, and wow, its very potent. I made an initial tester with it at 2 percent, and it was very harsh, but tasted great. I cut it back to 1 percent for this recipe, but honestly, that may even be a little too much. I want to back it down to .75 or .5 percent. You can sub in other honeydew flavors but you will probably have to bump up the percentage. Im pretty happy with everything else so far.
