This one turned out really good. The berries combined into a nice juicy berry. The creams work really well together as the sweet cream gives the custard a nice rich and thick texture. .

Sweeten to taste. I used some sugar baby, but I could see a light sucralose based sweetener working well.

Thoughts:
I'm thinking of adding some berry cereal and see what happens.
