A delicious and creamy strawberry ice cream in a puff pastry wafer.

​VT Butter Base,VT Vanilla Classic,SSA Flakey Pastry and SSA Soft Waffle form the base for the waffle here in this recipe.SSA Flakey Pastry brings the puff pastry flavour to the waffle.This turned out to be a nice waffle in my opinion.Enjoy it.

​Please let the mixture mature for 1 week.It tastes best after 2 weeks.

I wish I had grabbed that flakey pastry when Nomz had it. I don’t think it’s on their website anymore. It’s the only thing I’m missing to make this. Looks great!
