Just wanted an ice cream layer cake with my favorite refreshing summer fruits. So, here we have coconut VBIC with sunny fruits blended in between the cake layers. Then topped with fluffy whipped cream.
My 1st impression off the 1st draw was WOW...moisture overload. It's as if the cake layers had soaked up all the juicy moisture from the fruits prior to mixing in the ice cream. Wonderful. Flavors seem evenly distributed as well. Simply Cake is what takes 2 to 3 weeks to fully develop its delicious cake flavor. Custard Premium contributes some egg yolk to make this a yellow cake. Of course a little custard never hurts an ice cream either. In the end you have a moist flavorful sunny tropical cake and ice cream summertime treat.

Topping: Whipped Cream
