This is going to need a full steep, 14 to 21 days most likely. Off the shake this is rich, and funky. Which is what I was going for with this particular cheesecake. I tend to prefer creamier lighter cheesecakes with just a slight bit of tang but This is a Turtle. Funk is welcomed! That is why I went with SSA Cheesecake on Graham here. It brings a heavy richness and a more well done Graham note that I don't find in the other Cheesecake Grahams. I found i would prefer it with darker dessert profiles, where as when it comes to fruits I would generally choose Purilum or TFA.
For the main base layer of the Cheesecake its NYC Purilum, and Yes We Cheesecake (my favorite). The top layers of Butter Pecan, Milky Caramel Fudge, and a tad Dessert Chocolate just all made sense here for a Turtle, and off the shake are all present. This is much darker and more rich than my usual desert cravings. So I will be tasting this periodically throughout the steep process.
