Would it be acceptable to use vbic instead of the gelato?

I adapted this recipe but swapped out Vanilla Shisha (Inawera) for the Koolada and used Capella Vanilla Bean Ice Cream instead of the Gelato, although I do have that flavor, it was just a personal preference.

It smells great right after mixing, but I am going to give this a little while in the old steeper before I taste it.
