Notes
Vanilla wafer with a lemon creme filling. Extremely simple and damn good. This mix was suggested by a friend of a friend. Just tried it for the first time, immediately decided to share it.

Shake and vape / overnight steep. Doesn't really hold up to long steeping times.

this is good, i wasn't getting much lemon from it tho, maybe cuz my inw lemon bottle is almost an year old.....will mix again with the fresh supply thats on its way, biscuit @ 4% i found it too buttery so i mixed another batch with 2% biscuit, ,5% cookie, .5 % vienna cream and 2% fe lemon....have to give it a day

I think the INW lemon takes a lot of the butteriness and turns it into the butter cream-like lemon wafer filling. Do try it with a fresh bottle!

LOVE this. Great pay-off for such a simple, 2-ingredient recipe. I wouldn't lower the lemon a bit. That said, it's a fantastic recipe to build off of with things like Meringue, Vienna Cream, Torrone & Marshmallow, even though it's already perfect as-is. Great recipe @altneurose, thank you!

Really good one, amazing it's only 2 ingredients. Really authentic wafer, lemon creme is delicious. Good as shake & vape, better with overnight steep.

Just FYI: I know INW Spicy Biscuit is universally loathed, but, I followed your Manner template exactly with INW Spicy Biscuit & INW Raspberry on 3/8/16 just as a riff and I'm vaping it now and it's... oddly good.

Glad you found use for the Spicy Biscuit! I have tried this recipe with several other main notes and INW Raspberry doesn't fit well with the normal Biscuit for some reason - at least at these percentages.

I should clarify; it doesn't *really* work with spicy biscuit either. Something else is definitely needed. Maybe some FA Cookie and a few custards and vanilla creams to make it into a custard cookie. But the odd Speculoos notes of Spicy Biscuit marry interestingly with INW Raspberry.

This is really good... Thanks.

Haha, thanks man! On the subject, I wouldn't feel good taking any money from any recipe, especially from this because combining exactly these two flavors was not my idea.

Omg tgis is amazing! Thankyou so much. Ive been searching high and low for a recipe that uses inawera lemon and this is delicious! An adv for me. I added 2% meringue cause i love it and its the best juice ive made so far!

Can i sub for another lemon ?
#12 by altneurose, Jun 26. 2017, 06:13
I haven't tasted all the lemons out there, but INW Lemon is kinda unique. So I'm gonna go with "probably not".
#13 by altneurose, Jun 26. 2017, 09:18
FA Lemon Sicily and INW Lemon are *wildly* different lemons, both by flavor profile and strength. My "probably not" was for the fact that it will not be the same thing at all, the ingredients are crucial when the recipe is this simple. Dan, you're not mixing this recipe when you sub 50% of the concentrates, but if it works, that's great!
