S'mores (and French Toasts) have been the bane of my existence since getting hooked on them, in the beginning. I have ALWAYS had issues trying to nail the graham crackers (and, well the chocolate LOL). For my tastes, I've finally nailed it, and the Graham Cracker worked out soo well, I've now saved it as my Graham Cracker Stone. I can't remember where I'd seen it before, but pairing the LB Lava Cake and the Australian Chocolate, provided not only a unique, non-overbearing chocolate, but the baking soda notes (from the Lava Cake), also helped to square away the GC profile. The MF Dark Choco can be omitted if you don't have it, as it's actually damned OK without it (but it's better WITH it). At times, I actually like it better without (gasp, As If ?? !!!). Having just tested Sobucky's Marshmallow, it was moved into my TOP SHELF choice for MM's, and hence it's use here.

The sweetener, as always can be omitted if needed. Even clocking in at just over 14%, it is not overbearing, but rich s'more's-y, and delicious. I did experiment with slight adds of FA Black Fire, and/or FW Toasted MM, and while they added some smoke, grit, and "dirt", it seemed to pull it off my desired profile.

New for (almost) 2024, and if you are a S'mores-head, mix it up, as written, and post YOUR thoughts.
