A rich French Lemon Tart with hints of Raspberry.
I wanted to do this profile as soon as I saw it pop up as a holiday desert from France.
The immediate main ingredient was Cap LMP. It gives you most of the profile in one go.
The second ingredient in was Tart Blast to soop up LMP with a tangible bite like I expect from European citrus deserts.
Next in was Inw Raspberry, good ol Malina Concentrat had just the right amount of sweet and tart notes to compliment what I was aiming for with the LMP while keeping it low enough so to enrich eash other without killing the balance of the recipe.
WF Hollandaise Cream went in next. This is a super underrated flavor, it smooths out the rough edges while adding a touch more lemon zest. This helps the lemon curd stand out as the main profile star. As a bonus it really coats the pallet allowing the flavor of the vape to hit from beginning to end.
Last up was WF Flapper Pie. Most folks know about this flavor, but seldom reach for it. It got the light pastry crust to where I wanted it while adding custardy richness in the middle and end notes that it had been missing.
Super Sweet is here to brighten and allow the Tart Blast to go to work.
This is certainly a SNV recipe, but really hots right at three days and beyond. The sweetness stands out initially, but after a few pulls the rest of the recipe shines through.
Thanks for entering, fresh. I doubt you need notes from me or anyone else for that matter but folks wanted them so here we go, its more of an explanation i guess.
Sadly you used the one raspberry that i am overly sensitive to. Even when i first used it a decade or so ago i couldnt go above .4% or i get florals and artificial raspberry candy. I gave it a try as it but i just couldnt get passed the first few tokes.
Im tempted to mix this up without the rasp as the rest of it looks like a wonderful Lemon Cream Pie.
This was a lot of fun for us so we hope you enter the next one too.
Appreciate your participation in the contest freshepies, Tested at 3 day: It’s a tasty lemon/ raspberry curd but too sweet, not getting much pastry / tart, really had to search for it. I did like the addition of the Hollandaise Cream in this, Genius! Thanks for sharing
