Frosted Gingerbread Loaf Cake⛄
I've kept this photo for the longest time and thought I'd finally go for it. The Gingerbread is a wonderful spicy flavor which is complemented by Caramel Cinnamon Roll. Simply Cake adds the cake element to the bread, but also adds extra steep time. For the frosting I tried a few different combinations of various creams, butters & vanillas before I settled on Bavarian Cream & Tahitian Vanilla Cream. I've been vaping it for a couple weeks and so far nothing is "going south" with it...like fading or flavors morphing into any unpleasant strange tastes.
So far, so good. Enjoy!

Take me to Gingerbread heaven! The gingerbread loaf part of this is outstanding. The only thing I thought was that the frosting just didn’t come though for me. I like the Tahitian Vanilla but it felt too creamy and not full enough as a frosting. Still 5⭐️just for the gingerbread loaf.
Thanks so much McDuckie! You have no idea how much I agree. My problem was I wanted to use LB Vienna Cream which is a perfect sweet rich thick icing. But, LB products were not allowed in the contest. I use the LB VC with WF TVC in my own bottle. Thanks a bunch for taking time to stop by, comment & rate!🌹
Thanks for participating in the contest TakeMeToTheSea, I do love the Gingerbread but not really a fan of Caramel Cinnamon Roll, even at low % it's too dark a caramel for me.. Obviously the sweetener was too much for my taste also, but that's just personal taste. My notes say this tasted more like a pancake than a loaf cake but hey you may be onto something! Still appreciate you sharing
Thank-you Rocky. Well, you got me....pancake? I know Simply Cake is a bit underdeveloped and mild until 10 -14 days, but for me it always turns into a wonderful 'cakey' cake. Any idea where a pancake flavor would have come from?🤔 LOL Thx again. I do appreciate your comment!🌼
IDK, my notes said Pancake lol. I had to do a double take, maybe the CCR with the sweetener... I usually cut the SS in half for your recipes but for the contest obviously had to mix as written.. not saying it's a bad thing, I do love pancakes! hehe
Hahaha! Me too. I think you guys should mix with your own preference for sweetener. That's why I always specifically "write" in, "Sweeten to taste" in all my recipes. I can see that the flavors with their %'s should matter. But the degree of sweetness is so subjective. Mine are ALWAYS gonna be way to sweet for sane normal people!😂
