Happy accident. Trying to make the old fashioned Ed donut of zeppola more buttery but the reaction with butter raw made a glazed note so I figured let's throw a little strawberry in it and wham strawberry glazed donut. It's very good. Needs to steep at least a week for the zeppola bright notes to settle.
