Creamy red velvet cake in a rich cheesecake filling. (It’s not meant to have crust). It’s meant to put in a fancy holiday bowl and enjoy with graham crackers, pound cake, cookies, strawberries, or just enjoy with a spoon if you must!
Ooo this is really good Lynda. I’m not the biggest fan of YWC but it works here. It’s like a super full red velvet cheesecake. You almost feel like you need a cold glass of milk to wash it down.
@McDuckie Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I get a bit of coconut off YWCC but after a few days it just worked. I’m pleased with it. Thank you for the kind words!
Now dont get me wrong, i love CCI and have been using it since i first started mixing. But combined with RVC WF it was all i could taste, CCI with hints of chocolate. It left me wanting for the taste of graham. I think it i were to remix it with CCI at .75% that it would come into balance, for me.
Great work and thank you for participating, Lynda. Cant wait to see what you make in the next competition.
This recipe was in my top list for the contest, the WF Red Velvet Cake is so delicious... but it's such a bully. I didn't get much of any cheesecake myself from this, but what I got was an 'improvement' to the RVC. Just didn't quite hit the intended profile for me, delicious nonetheless!
@RockyToony
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment. I’m definitely going to remix this after I get Fiddys input, and take all 3 critiques and work on it again. 🙏🏼 You and your family are in my prayers.
First the Cookie Crack then the Fryed Custard now this liquid deliciousness! Anytime I need a satisfying dessert I reach for your Red Velvet Cheesecake Dip, only thing missing is a hot cup of coffee!
Thank you again for another great recipe!
